The term of expert is not legally protected in Germany.
To distinguish the real experts from these vendors, see the legislation,
public order, swearing in front.
Publicly appointed and sworn expert can be only who his special expertise,
objectivity and personal integrity of a public−sector institution to prove.
This is done in part of an elaborate official detection method before an examining board.
The Federal Administrative Court: "The public appointment is the award of
a specific qualification that the testimony of the expert has a higher
value and enhanced him from the circle of other experts."
High level of qualification, experience and credibility of a publicly appointed
and certified expert are also ideal conditions for project management, project acceptance and expert advice.
