  • Arbitration
The process must be agreed to by both parties. There are no public records of the arbitration, no transcripts and no requirement for arbitrators to submit a written opinion. Arbitration involves the exchanging of documents, witness lists and other information, and avoids large investigative process. Arbitration tends to be fairly informal, likely to reach a compromise to be able to continue any previous relationships. The goal of arbitration is for the disputing parties to reach a settlement agreement with the guiding help of the arbitrator.
